Tenant
A ***CLEAR*** Tenant applicant will have a very simple report.
Listing their information along with all the locations searched. It is
common for one or two traffic violations to show up.
Other tenant
applicants will have a fuller report. All the same info is provided
along with any civil and criminal history they may have. We organize the
information to clearly show if an applicant is violent or has a habit
of being evicted and when.
